What happens after you place an order?
You get an order email with your order ID, then a tracking number once the box ships. From there, you can follow it on the carrier site until it reaches your door.
Place the order
Pick 1, 3 or 6 bottles on the secure order page. The checkout shows any shipping fee and the expected timing.
Read the order email
It holds your order ID. Save it. You need it for tracking questions, changes and refunds.
Watch for tracking
The tracking number arrives by email. If it is not there, check your spam or promotions folder.
Follow the box
Use the tracking link to see each scan. Most boxes move steadily once the first scan appears.
Check the seal on arrival
Open the box and check that each bottle is sealed before the first dose.
How does tracking work?
Tracking shows each scan the carrier makes, from the first label to delivery. The status tells you where the box is and whether you need to do anything.
| Tracking status | What it usually means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Label created | The carrier has a label but has not scanned the box yet | Wait a day or two for the first scan |
| In transit | The box is moving between carrier sites | Nothing. Check back daily |
| Out for delivery | It is on a truck to your address today | Watch for it, or ask a neighbor |
| Delivered | The carrier marked it dropped off | If you cannot find it, check around the door, then call the order desk |
| No change for several days | The scan may be delayed, or there may be a problem | Call the order desk with your order ID |
A status that stays the same for a day or two is common, especially over weekends and holidays. If nothing changes for several days, call the order desk. Have your order ID ready so they can look it up fast.
What if your order is late, lost or damaged?
Call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID. The same desk handles orders, tracking, changes and refunds, so you only need one number.
Late order
Check the tracking first. If it has not moved for several days, call the order desk and ask them to open a trace with the carrier.
Marked delivered, not found
Look around doors, mailrooms and with neighbors. Then call the order desk the same day.
Box arrived damaged
Take photos of the box and bottles before you throw anything away. Then call.
Seal broken or missing
Do not use that bottle. The label says so. Photograph it and call for help.
Photos help in every case. Keep the outer box and packing slip until the issue is settled.
Can you change the address or cancel after ordering?
Call the order desk as soon as possible. A change is much easier before the box ships than after.
Once a tracking number exists, the box may already be with the carrier. At that point the desk may not be able to change it. If you need to send the drops back after delivery, the refund policy covers the steps and who pays for return shipping.
How should you store the drops when they arrive?
Keep the bottles in a cool, dry place, as the label says. Do not leave the box in a hot car or a sunny mailbox for long.
- Bring the box inside soon after delivery.
- Store bottles upright with the dropper cap closed tight.
- Keep them out of reach of children.
- Shake the bottle well before each dose.
- Check the EXP date on the label. Current stock shows EXP: 12/2028.
You can confirm your batch details on the batch check page. For the dose and timing, see how to use the drops.
Who do you contact for a shipping question?
Call the order desk for anything about a specific order. Use the website email only for questions about this site.

When should you reorder so you do not run out?
Reorder while you still have about 10 days of drops left. Delivery times are not published, so a buffer keeps your twice-daily routine going.
Each bottle lasts 30 days at 1 ml twice a day. On a 3-bottle pack, that means your last bottle opens around day 61. Placing the next order near day 80 leaves time for the box to arrive. On a 6-bottle pack, the same idea puts your reorder near day 170.
If you are not sure you will continue, there is no rush. Every order is a one-time purchase with no autoship, so nothing ships unless you order it.
Does shipping affect the 60-day guarantee?
Delivery time can eat into your 60 days, so it is worth planning around. The written terms at checkout say exactly when day one starts.
Say the window counts from your order date. If delivery takes a week, you have about 53 days of use before the window ends. You also need time to ship bottles back, and you pay that return postage. Use a tracked service for the return, so you can prove it arrived.
If you plan to use the whole window, a pack that lasts past day 60 makes sense. A single bottle runs out on day 30. See the guarantee page for the claim steps.
